These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through kavkamaine.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

1.1 About Kavka Coffee 

Kavka Coffee is owned and operated by Maks Isakov, a Maine-based specialty coffee roaster. We roast all coffee fresh to order and ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. 

1.2 Eligibility 

By placing an order you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement; and (c) the information you provide is accurate and complete. 

1.3 Product Information 

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, roast profiles, and pricing. Kavka Coffee reserves the right to correct errors and update product information at any time without prior notice. 

1.4 Pricing & Payment 

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Sales tax will be applied where required by law. 

1.5 Order Acceptance 

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Kavka Coffee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified promptly and fully refunded if your order is cancelled. 

1.6 Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavka Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question. 

1.7 Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Knox County, Maine. 

1.8 Changes to Terms 

Kavka Coffee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at kavkamaine.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
