I am extremely impressed with this coffee! It has the date it was roasted written on the bag and was ground perfectly for pour over. When it comes to flavour, I'm not very good at describing all of the different notes of coffee, but I can say that I absolutely love, love, love it! It's very smooth, and super tasty. I will be ordering it again. And since I am of Ukrainian heritage, I have a special affinity for this coffee. So glad to have discovered this roaster!

I took a chance, I usually don't buy ground coffee, I am old and lazy and use coffee pods. I am so happy I tried this coffee, This is what I will be using from now on. I intend to buy some for my Nephews partner for Christmas. There is no bitterness, I was able to finish an entire cup. I will be donating my coffee pods to the local Fire Station, I just can't go back to drinking them after tasing this little piece of Heaven....
